Today, he’s leading business development for rural operators and our energy initiatives, including the Oil & Gas and utilities markets.
Rick Olivares

Rick is a skilled telecommunications and sales professional, with more than 20 years of industry experience helping customers identify and meet wireless network business objectives. Currently, he’s leading business development for WISPs in the Western U.S.
Justine Paul
Manager, Vertical Markets
Justine has been with American Tower for more than 12 years, serving in roles across the legal, finance, and sales organizations. Today, she’s a leader of business development for our WISP and fiber/backhaul customers and is exclusively focused on helping rural operators with their broadband network deployments.
